“Don’t look up.” It’s an unspoken rule in America that involves many players working together to ensure all Americans of a certain class keep looking down, at the Left or at the Right.
People on the Left and Right are NOT enemies. The billionaires, CEOs, and people in power use culture wars and lies to keep us fighting.
They want to keep the working class on the bottom, looking down, left, or right. But not up because the working-class is the largest class in America. If we look up…
they’re fucked.
I couldn’t sleep last night because my brain wouldn’t stop trying to come up with a way to bring the Left and Right together. Not to agree on policies or concede in a culture war. We don’t have to agree 100% on everything and sit in a circle, holding hands while singing Kumbaya.
I’m talking about putting differences aside in order to save our country and maybe make it better for the average American while we’re at it? I came up with using the title of the Netflix movie, “Don’t Look Up.” It applies to the cause and it has 3 words in it.
Don’t Look Up
Studies have shown that the success rate of campaigns is higher when 3-4 word slogans are used that are simple, easy-to-remember, and work well in a chant. “Lock her up!” “No tax on tips.” “Drain the swamp!” It would also fit nicely on a baseball cap.
Being “woke” means your eyes are open and you see what the people in power are doing. Why do you think all of the people in power are fighting against it SO HARD? Florida Governor Ron DeSantis even declared a “war on woke.”
They haven’t just stolen the word and changed it’s meaning. They now use it to describe any progress the country has made in terms of systemic racism, LGBTQ+ rights, labor rights, civil rights, and human rights overall.
In the same way that they took DEI and quickly turned it into something negative, bad, and wrong. If a plane crashes, Right-wing media and pundits will rush to figure out what the pilot’s race is.
If he’s white: “Something must have gone wrong with the plane that caused it to crash.” If he’s brown, black, or transgender: “DEI.”
“A black man was flying the plane and he obviously doesn’t know how to fly one because he was hired due to DEI, not merit. It was all his fault.” Women are also part of the DEI “group.”
If people aren’t thinking critically (which is a skill that is lacking in our society. Intentional on the part of the powerful and their Keep them Stupid agenda.), they might miss what they’re saying by using DEI in that context.
Anytime they use it, in any context, the meaning is always the same. Only white men are qualified to do the job (unless it’s in fast food, agriculture, or any minimum wage position).
When they say someone of color was hired “because of DEI” they’re indicating that that person wouldn’t have gotten the job otherwise because they couldn’t possibly beat the white men when using merit-based hiring.
Several members of the Trump administration have said, “We’re back to merit-based hiring.” It’s pretty funny when you realize Trump nominated people because he liked them, they liked him, and they would be sufficiently loyal. Nothing to do with them having the most experience and skill for the position.
The powerful got a bonus prize when it came to the “war on woke.” Not only did they find something to blame the Left for and make the two sides fight over it, but they were able to take a word that was being used to label people who were onto their lies and corruption.
Being woke was gaining traction and spreading. If any group of people in society were going to completely topple the people in power, it definitely couldn’t be black men! For all the work they do to keep the black community down, dumb, and poor, they are at the forefront of what’s really going on.
I wonder if they had a good laugh when discussing plans for demonizing “woke” and the people who were a threat to their entire operation. They can’t have people spreading the truth about whats going on! That would defeat their Keep them Dumb and Poor strategy.
