Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz Reveals Plan: Palestinians in ‘Concentration Camp’

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz has laid out his plans for the surviving Palestinians in Gaza: All 2 million will be forced into a concentration camp.

Israel’s Defense Minister, Israel Katz, shared the far-right government’s plans for the forced relocation of Palestinians. In the first phase, there will be 600,000 Gazans pushed into the city of Rafah, eventually increasing the number to include all 2 million Palestinians.

(At the current rate, the IDF will have murdered more civilians, decreasing the final number of people being crammed into the ‘concentration camp’ they cruelly named Humanitarian City.

The city will be guarded at all times so that no one can leave.

The headline of an article from The Times of Israel says it all: “Manifestly illegal’: In Katz’s plan for Gaza ‘humanitarian city,’ experts see war crime

Failures on October 7 marked the beginning of a conflict that has resulted in 60,000 (not counting bodies under rubble) civilians killed so far, including about 18,000 children

Failures of Israeli Leadership

They all but admitted October 7th provided them with the narrative they needed to go into Gaza and do what they’d always wanted to do.

The fact that Netanyahu; knew the Qatari government was funding Hamas (and told them to continue when asked), received a report revealing plans of an attack by Hamas—in detail—a year in advance, but ignored it, and then on the day of the invasion, the IDF wasn’t around (it took about 8 hours for military to travel from locations 2 hours away to help Israeli citizens who were being murdered, raped, and kidnapped)—is all suspect.

A report on all of the failures leading up to—and on the day of—the attack revealed:

In July 2023, less than four months before the invasion, an experienced analyst in Unit 8200, the IDF’s signals-intelligence agency, warned her superiors that Hamas had conducted a daylong training military exercise that corresponded extremely closely to the captured Hamas invasion plan code-named Jericho Wall.

After her commander chose to ignore her concern, the analyst, an NCO, went over his head and sent her concerns to more-senior officers. The only result was an official reprimand.

At the beginning of October, the Gaza division commander was informed that six Hamas battalions—units of 600–800 fighters each—were engaging in twice-weekly training drills.

He took no action with the information. Meanwhile, the female conscripts of the Combat Intelligence Collection Corps made frequent representations to their commanders about what looked like preparations for a large-scale Hamas assault between May 2023 and the morning of the actual attack.

Their warnings were dismissed as hysterical, despite the fact that the observer corps had a sterling reputation. (One now-retired battalion commander told me, “I worked with these girls when I was in the infantry and we trusted them with our lives. They were our eyes. Not trusting is so counterintuitive.”)”

The Plan All Along

Monsters like Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel Katz, Itamar Ben-Gvir, and Bezalel Smotrich have been saying out loud, in public, exactly what their intentions are from the very beginning of the conflict: They want the land.

I’ve never been into conspiracies, but Netanyahu and his crew are pure evil, so I wouldn’t put it past them to fund the terrorist group that wanted to kill Jews, ignore the flashing red lights telling them what was going to happen, and then intentionally delay assistance.

It’s sick, I know, but psychopaths have no problem sacrificing innocent people in order to get what they want and remain in power.

Netanyahu and Smotrich have been clear from the beginning: They wanted to get rid of the Palestinians and take their land as part of “Greater Israel.” Americans watch mainstream media networks that don’t report what Israeli government officials say. They just run cover for them and came up with excuses for why we can’t believe our lying eyes.

Israel is already hard at work demolishing every structure still standing in Rafah. They plan to have the entire area cleared out before the ‘prisoners’ arrive. This begs the question, “How are 2 million people in a city with nothing but the dirt and sand on the ground, expected to survive?” Maybe that’s the point.

Part of Katz’s proposed plan is to allow a limited amount of food to enter ‘Humanitarian City,’ which will be guarded to prevent anyone from leaving.

Life of Horrors

Every day the citizens of Gaza gather up pieces of children after their homes are destroyed by 2,000-pound bombs. They’ve been living, no, existing/surviving in these conditions for 2 years.

Every time the International Criminal Court (ICC) attempted to hold Israeli leadership accountable or to simply acknowledge an obvious genocide, our government was there to veto the motion or threaten members of the court to prevent them from even considering seeking accountability.

Gaza is now home to the largest population of child amputees in the world. These children had arms and legs amputated without anesthesia or pain relief.

The Gaza Strip was already the most densely populated strip of land. It’s been called an “open air prison” by critics of Israel’s decades-long occupation of Palestine.

Occupation

Israel, for decades, has controlled who can leave or enter Gaza and how many shipments of food and medical supplies can come in. They control the internet and electricity—shutting both of them off at various times as a form of punishment (or just plain cruelty).

Palestinians have been living under Israel’s control, without the freedom to self-govern or become a state separate from Israel. October 7th’s attack on Israel by Hamas was horrible.

People have condemned Hamas and the attack over and over again—both as a caveat to protests of the genocide in Gaza (media and die-hard supporters of Israel continue to claim that protesters who want the slaughter of civilians in Gaza to end are “pro-Hamas” or “anti-Israel.”)—and as a caveat to a statement that seems like it should be obvious to everyone.

Even if you’re sure to condemn Hamas first, it’s still difficult to say this. Something that’s both true and valid: It should be “a given” that any population that another group has occupied and controlled for decades, would have a desire to fight for their freedom—to defend themselves.

There’s also obvious gaslighting involved when we see a slaughter happening on a daily basis but politicians and news anchors claim that the IDF “is doing everything they can to prevent civilian casualties.”

“Humanitarian City” is a Concentration Camp

Definition: A concentration camp is a prison or other facility used for the internment of political prisoners or politically targeted demographics, such as members of national or ethnic minority groups, on the grounds of national security, or for exploitation or punishment.

Israel and the IDF already control most of Gaza. Once they force Palestinians into Rafah (or out of Gaza), Israel will have control of 95% of Gaza. Satellite images show they’re currently demolishing any structures remaining in Rafah in preparation for the first 600,000 prisoners. (Once they’re forced in, the city’s perimeter will be guarded by some form of “military” (they still haven’t said who) and no one is allowed to leave.

Israel Katz said Rafah will be a “humanitarian city.” Experts say it is clearly a concentration camp. Dr. Bartov is a professor of Holocaust and genocide studies at Brown University and he refused to call what Israel was doing in Gaza a genocide for most of the conflict. The other day he published a guest essay in New York Times, “I’m a genocide scholar, I know it when I see it.”
