By default Forminator captures the IP Address for each submission to a Form. Other personal data such as your name and email address may also be captured, depending on the Form Fields. Our contact form captures your name and email address plus your message. Author Contact form also captures the author name, and other forms capture additional info depending on the purpose. No personal data is captured beyond what you include in the form. Form data is not stored in our database and is used only to respond to your request.
How long we retain your data
When visitors or users submit a form we retain the data for 30 days.
Where we send your data
All collected data is shown to the site owner of staff responsible for responding to you. Information isn’t used for any other purpose and is automatically deleted after 30 days.
